The thesis is devoted to the study of reparative properties glucosamine 2-D-(+)-aminosugar and its derivatives. Anti-inflammatory and reparative effect well as acute toхicity of some compounds have been found. They exceed sodium diclofenac and mephenamic acid in the width of their therapeutic activity. The most effective and less toхic substance - glucosylammonium salt of ethyl ester of oxalic acid 4-carboetoxioxaniloyl-hydrazide (OGA) has been determined and has been recommended for developing of a soft medicinal form for external use in the form of a cream. 1 % OGA cream has been proven to have more marked reparative, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobical activity than the comparative drugs Woundechilum and Mephenatum ointments. The antimicrobial also antimycotical activity spectrum of the substance and OGA creams has been determined. 1 % OGA cream possesses a reparative, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobal activity with the absence of the allergic and locally irritating action. It has been recommended for treating the second and third wound reparative process
