Object of research - process of management of material stimulation of the personnel of the industrial enterprises. The purpose of research - further development both improvement a theoretical substantiation and methodical maintenance of management of material stimulation of the personnel of the industrial enterprises. The methods of research - theoretical and methodological basis диссертационного of research are fundamental rules(situations) of the economic theory, scientific jobs of the domestic and foreign scientists - economists and experts in the field of management of material stimulation of the personnel. The theoretical result - introduction of results will allow to improve principles and methods of management of material stimulation, will ensure(supply) the complex approach to the given question. Applied value - improvement of process management of material stimulation of the personnel on the basis of the offered methodical recommendations, which will allow considerably to raise(increase) effectiveness of existing system, a consequence that becomes increase of final results of labour activity of the workers and will improve финансово-economic parameters of the enterprise. Scientific novelty - methodical approach to definition of the size of means from the profit on material stimulation of the personnel for the first time is offered which is based on preservation of interests of development of manufacture and personnel, in view of results of финансово-economic activity of the enterprise; have received the further development: classification of the factors of influence on system of material stimulation on the basis of their ordering with orientation to the person and enterprise; The организационно-function chart of communications(connections) of a department of organization of work and wages of the industrial enterprise, which takes into account the contents of social loading, as administrative basis of development of social sphere of the enterprise; is advanced: classification of stimulus to work at the expense of introduction of an attribute of stability(resistance) of influence on the subject and account of the factor of time; a technique of the analysis of a system effectiveness of material stimulation, which is based on use категориального of the approach to interests of the personnel of the enterprise.
