Essay

The thesis is devoted to pharmacological learning of new combined Unguent for treatment of wounds, burns, inflammatory diseases of a skin. Xeroformium, Dimexidum, PEО-400 and PEО-1500 are in the composition of this Unguent. The application of Unguent accelerates the process of a cuticularization of wounds, reduces periods of convalescence of experimental animals to 2-4 days. High reparation properties of Unguent "Dimexerom" were confirmed also by increase of accretion hardness of edges in aseptic and contaminated wounds on 60-88 % accordingly. It was proved experimentally, that Unguent "Dimexerom" is non-toxic; it doesn't render irrigative and allergenic effect.
