Essay

The dissertation is devoted to research of hemostasis activity and mechanisms of operation of succifenat on different models of parenchymatous and capillary bleedings. It has been shown, that succifenat accelerates derivation of a thromboplastin, calling a hypercoagulation in a stage of generation Prothrombinasa; labilizes conversion of a thrombinogen into Thrombinum; accelerates transformation of Fibrinogenum into a fibrin. Experiences carried out іn vіtro have proved, that the drug locks catalysts Profibrinolysina - Streptokinasa and urokinasa - and oppresses operation of Fibrinolysinum. These effects decrease time of bleeding caused by cutting wounds of a liver, kidney, mild and aponeurosis abdominalis of muscles
