Pashinska O. Experimental basing of the application expediency of vinboron for alcoholic cardiomiopathy

Object - experimental alcoholic cardiomiopathy; methods - Pharmacological, pathophisiological, biochemical, morphological and statistical; novelty - for the first time is theoretically proved and experimentally proved expediency of application vinboron as medical product with polytropical pharmacological properties at treatment alcoholic cardiomiopathy; for the first time it is established, that vinboron are inherent expressive enough cardioprotective action on which size it is comparable with mildronate, exceeding a referece-preparatio on a degree anesthetizing effect; for the first time it is proved, that therapeutic action vinboron at the given pathology is shown by increase of physical endurance, positive dynamics of an electrocardiogram, morphological and ultra-structural changes in a cardiac musle; Results - the expediency of application vinboron, in comparison with mildronate is proved, at treatment alcoholic cardiomiopathy, features of his action and an opportunity of advantage with a preparation of comparison are revealed and prospects of use in clinical conditions are appreciated; branch – medicine.
