Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of working out of theoretical - methodological and applied problem of regulation of social labour relations in the conditions of market transformation. On the base of systematization of scientific research evolution, studying of native and foreign experience methodological approaches towards their studying, value and regulation have been developed. The value of state and tendenced of the development of social labour relations in Ukraine has been done. Approaches towards creation of the strategy of formation of social labour relations of the market type have been formulated and proved. The main directions of the improvement of mechanism of their regulation from the position of corporate culture creation have been suggested. New methodical approaches to optimization of the process of labour contracts between an employer and an employer on the base of partnership have been worked out. Method of value of effectivenen of the system of labour motivation that allows to choose more effective systems of motivation for stabilization of social partners relations and guarantee of their effective work has been suggested.
