Object of research - process of management of a manpower of the industrial enterprises. The purpose of research - theoretical substantiation of organization of effective management of a manpower of the enterprise and development of the methodical recommendations concerning its realization in view of the established laws, which permit to form strategy of the enterprise and to carry out the control and regulation of its personnel selection.
