Object of research - process of management of a manpower of the industrial enterprises. The purpose of research - theoretical substantiation of organization of effective management of a manpower of the enterprise and development of the methodical recommendations concerning its realization in view of the established laws, which permit to form strategy of the enterprise and to carry out the control and regulation of its personnel selection. Methods: theoretical generalization - for definition of theoretical bases and tendencies of management of a manpower; the system analysis - for disclosing internal construction of system management of a manpower as complete system; the positive and normative analysis - for development of the recommendations concerning management of a manpower in conditions of crisis; comparison - for comparison of the fact sheet about economic parameters of activity of the enterprise of the accounting period with the data of previous years; The graphic analysis - for evident performance of results of research. Theoretical result - theoretical substantiation of organization of effective management of a manpower of the enterprise. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the factors are systematized which influence process of effective management and uses of a manpower, by revealing groups of the factors, which have a different orientation of vectors of influence, which causes necessity of the coordination of the appropriate interests; is advanced: model of the coordination of interests of the subjects of the market of work in view of the factors and spheres of occurrence is brave management; a technique of a rating of market cost of a manpower, which permits to define potential opportunities of the personnel and maximum them to realize with the purpose of increase of efficiency of production; strategy of individual behaviors in the market of work with definition of the certain types of individual strategy of the offer of work; Have got of the further development: it is necessary to considerthe basic principles of the modern concept of management of the personnel, which as base installations on the equal enterprises in view of a concrete situation and specificity of its activity; a technique of management of the personnel on the basis of a quantitative rating of the revealed spheres is brave; the contents of concept "manpower", which takes into account during planning, heel, employment its two components: the persons engaged training; the persons temporarily who have been not engaged in labor activity, whether but which actively search for work plan to do it in the future.. The sphere of application - use of results research permits to a management of the enterprises to accept the proved decisions concerning increase of efficiency management at the expense of rational use of means on payment of work
