Melnikova K. Enterprise Innovation Activity Motivation Management

Object of research - process of motivation of activity of the industrial enterprises. The purpose of research - theoretical substantiation and development of the methodical recommendations concerning increase of efficiency management of motivation of activity at the enterprises of Ukraine. Methods: during research was used: общенаучные methods of knowledge (analysis, synthesis, generalization, abstraction); the system analysis; the statistical and graphic analysis; grouping and comparison; a method of expert ratings. Theoretical result - the results, received during research, in aggregate decide the important scientific - practical task - improvement of process of management of motivation of activity at the domestic enterprises. Scientific novelty: the methodical approach to account of material compensation to the inventors and rationalizers based on use of scales of the incentive extra charges for the first time is offered; The concept of policy of the enterprise is advanced which is based on the account of structure and contents of its elements, and also common principles of formation; the methodical approach to revealing reserves of increase of efficiency of activity of the enterprises, which contains search of expenses of material resources and time in gait of realization of activity; have received the further development: a theoretical substantiation of system of the factors, which influence on activity of the working enterprise and its managements; a substantiation of expediency use of modern sources financing the inovations on the basis of research of their advantages and lacks, formalization of a choice of their set adequate to conditions, which have developed. Sphere of application - theoretical rules, developed in the dissertation, is lead up і by the author to a level of the offers on improvement of management of motivation of activity of the enterprise in conditions of structural reorganization of economy of Ukraine.
