The author identifies the goals and contents of educational activities in Higher Educational Institutes; determines new approaches to organisation of extracurricular activities with students under conditions of integration of higher education into European Community; grounds organisational and pedogogical conditions necessary for successful organisation of extracurricular activities with HEI students. The author also develops basic principles of the concept of organisation of extracurricular educational activities in non-public HEI. The dissertation presents the system of extracurricular educational activities,the model of its management and peculiarities of its organisation in a modern HEI.
