In the course of research the organizational pedagogic system of forming the inter-ethnical relations culture of university students consisting of strategic (the aim and content of upbringing) and tactical (methodology, means, forms of students' activity) components has been elaborated. It has been determined that effectiveness of forming the inter-ethnical relations culture of university students can be achieved if the task of forming certain personal characteristics is purposefully set and accomplished in the system of educational work in tertiary educational establishments, students are involved in different types of activity, connected with inter-ethnical contacts and inter-cultural communication, their activity is held in multicultural environment in the process of inter-ethnical interaction. The defined principles of forming the inter-ethnical relations culture of university students: spirituality, humanization, cultural relevance, multiculturalism, tolerance.
