3. Object: the social-upbringing process in high school. The role and possibilities of solving the problem of social-upbringing process diagnosis at high school are analysed in the thesis. The diagnosis complex of methods which is able to perfect the process of social upbringing of students, is created. The results of application factor and structural-functional models of the social upbrining optimization which are directed on the development of the social-active work, focused student and teacher personality as the leader of the process in question, who is capable to carry out diagnosis, regulation and correction of the social upbringing control, are reasoned in the thesis.
