Object of research: the educational process in the Plast Scout Organization. The subject of research: organizational and pedagogical bases of realization of the educational process in the Plast Scout Organization. The purpose of research: revealing, substantiation and experimental checking of organizational and pedagogical bases of educational process in the Plast Scout Organization as a complete educational system of the personality. Scientific novelty of research: the complete research of educational process is carried out in the Plast Scout Organization for the first time; its organizational and pedagogical conditions are determined, opened out and scientifically proved; the complex technique of studying of the efficiency of the educational process is created; definitions of the basic concepts and terms of educational process in the Plast Scout Organization are determined and systematized in the dictionary. Research receptions: theoretical, empirical and statistical. Sphere of using: the system of out of school education, the Plast Scout Organization.
