Essay

The object of the research is the control of the work and the estimation of modern activities of comprehensive schools. The subject of the research is the certification of comprehensive schools. The aim of the research is to ground organized-pedagogical bases of certification of comprehensive schools, to elaborate the model of certification of comprehensive schools, the inculcation of which will stimulate the participants of educational processes to constant self-analysis, self- appraisel and self- perfection. To reseach the aim many modern complex methods of investigation were used: the theoretical analysis of philosophic, social, psychological and pedagogical literature, low documents on certification of comprehensive schools; studing and generalizing the practical experience of teachers' certification and educational establishments, many pedagogical experiments; psychological methods, criterion of an estimation, all kinds of guestionnaire, pedagogical models and projects; methods of mathematics statistics, which helped to elaborate the research materials, olso guantity dependence between the research phenomenos were set. Theoretical and practical results, scientific news. For the first time the model of certification of comprehensive schools was worked out, inculcation of which stimulates teachers to self- certification and self- appraisel of the results of educational wook; new principals and methology of appraisel activities of all schools were worked out; the criterion of an estimation and the echeivements and levels of the resuts of pedagogical activities were made more precise; organized-pedagogical conditions and stimulation of teacher's work were examined (stimulative factors depend upon the resuls of the whole school body, which are definied by means of certification of educational institutions); the functions of certification of educational institutions are determined by district educational department, district experts commissions, the chiefs of schools on organization of certificationof general educational institutions. For a long time the results of dissertation were carring out on bases of general educational institutions of Shargorod district, Vinnitsa region. The main statesments and previous research results were approved at Ministry Educational Board and Science of Ukraine 13.12.2002: the experience of certification of general educational institutions in Shargorod district was marked at numerous discussions: "About the Activities of Educational Regional Boards and Providing the Fulfillment of the Decree of Ukrainian's Cabinet of Ministers 16.10.2000." "New Transition and New Content, Structure and 12 year term of Studies". Nowdays all the educational establishments of Ukraine are fulfilling the order of ministry of education № 352-06.06.2003. "About summing up of the Oriental Criterian Activites of Comprehensive Schools of Ukraine. Experimental approaches to certification of general educational institutions by ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine were put into the project:"Oriental Criterion of an Estimation Activities of General Educational Establishments" New practical recommendations were made up to help the chiefs of schools on organization of certification of general educational establishments. Standard documents were determined to regulate the activities of local bodies, concerning financial level of differentiation of comprehensive schools according to the results of their certification. The results of dissertational research can be used by pedagogicail chiefs, by administrative boards, general educational bodies to determine the effect of pedagogical activities and to stimulate pedagogical work itseif.
