The study is dedicated to the matter of defining, determing and theoretical motivating of the problem of forming value orientations of junior schoolchildren in the process of music perception.The objective factors, structure and levels of value orientations are shown in the disertation. The system of diagnostics model of value orientations formation is developed.The efficiency of didactic model and pedagogical conditions of value orientations formation of junior schoolchildren was experimentally proved. The organizational and methodic system, experimental themes and program of value orientations formation of junior schoolchildren in the process of music perception has been developed.
