Cherkasov O. . The forming of general theoretical principles of investigations history of education in Ukraine (the second half of XIX - beginning of XX century).

In the dissertation the forming of general theoretical principles of investigations history of education and pedagogical thought in Ukraine are investigated. On the basis of wide range of the archive and published sources the author of the thesis analyses the political, social and cultural conditions registration history-pedagogical knowledge in individual direction of theoretical researching. Much attention is paid to the interpretations of the nominal peculiarities of history-pedagogical investigations. Grate attention is paid to the interpretations of the process of institualization given scientific direction. In the dissertation the process of forming terminological and conception apparatus of history of pedagogic are investigated. The main results thesis and conclusions can be used in teaching pedagogics, history of pedagogics, history of Ukraine, study of local lore as well as in the process of preparing manuals and methodical handbooks.
