Essay

Investigation object is motivation process of enterprise workers labor activity. Investigation aim is theoretical substation of approaches for effective stimulation of workers labor on the basis of integrated estimation of their labor results and also development of methodical recommendation according to their practical realization. Methods are: comparison - at investigation and summarizing of literary sources, existing approaches to estimation and stimulation of enterprise workers labor; statistical groups and sample observations - when processing and analytical estimation of initial actual materials; statistical analysis - when studying of busy condition and labour remuneration in Ukraine and Kharkov region; correlation analysis and economical-mathematical modeling - when revealing factors having the most influence on labour productivity level of enterprises workers in Kharkov region. Theoretical result is theoretical basis development of labour motivation on basis analysis and summarizing of great number of motivational theories and specialist's different points of views in domain of personal motivation. Practical result is an offered recommendations on estimation and personnel prize enable to take decision more seriously as for estimation and stimulation domestic enterprises workers with the view to increase effectiveness of economical activity. Scientific novelty: for the first recommendations are grounded about making decision as for prize, which are based on allocation of two components of prize for successful performance of functions and provides interconnection between gratuity amount, effectiveness of enterprise activity and activity results of worker himself; improved: categories classification "motivation", "need", "motive", "stimulus" on basis of summarizing existing motivational theories, theoretical and practical approaches for the purpose of people's effective motivation; procedure of influence estimation of some factors on labour productivity level using economical-mathematical modelling;estimation procedure of workers labour results on basis of factor-criteria model, which allowed to take into account necessary qualitative characteristics; the following was developed: idea of substance for such categories as "motivation", "motivation process", "need", "motive", "stimulus", "stimulation", "salary", "personnel rating" on basis of summarizing of theoretical and practical investigations in motivation sphere of personnel high efficient labour; procedure of revealing the factor which cause weakening motives of labor activity and respective decreasing of labour productivity taking into account mutual relations of processes on labour market of Ukraine. Field of application - possibility of investigation results at enterprises of industrial sectors of Ukrainian economics which allows to evaluate more effectively worker's labour contribution into general results of enterprise activity, realize labour stimulation its according to estimation results, direct efforts to increasing effectiveness of individual labour and activity results of whole enterprise.
