Latysheva O. The Renaissance of Education and Culture of Crimean Tartars at the stage of Independence of Ukraine (1991 - 2001)

The object of research - study of integration repatriated Crimean Tartar in a modern Ukrainian society. The purpose of work is study of experience of authorized bodies of Ukraine, Autonomous Republic of Crimea, public and international organizations in realization of policy of formation of system of establishments of education, culture and art of Crimean Tartars. The methods used in the research are: historical-typological, historical-comparative, historical-system, statistical. The practical value of dissertation research consists in use of its conclusions by state bodies and public organizations for development of the strategic plans and realization of national policy, formation of tolerant polietnic society and creation of conditions for dialogue of cultures in Crimea; the results and materials of dissertation research can be used at a writing of the scientifical works on a modern history of Ukraine, in lecture, in local lore and propaganda work. The process of growing and development of the system of education, science and culture of Crimean Tartars during their return to homeland is examined in the thesis on the basis of different sources. The question of the renaissance of education and culture is examined as the important factor on the way of integration of the earlier deported citizens into the Ukrainian society. The legal acts and documents of the Supreme Court of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, resolutions and orders of the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, adopted laws of the supreme Court of Ukraine, decrees and instructions of the President of Ukraine, resolutions and decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine are analyzed. The activities of authorized bodies of Ukraine, authorized bodies of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the role of Crimean Tartar social organizations in growing of education and culture of the repatriates are shown. It is marked that the process of the revival of education and culture in the nearest future must be supported and based on the long - term state program and all the parts of educational and cultural processes taking place in Crimean Tartar society must be covered extensively.
