The object is: the pre-school establishments system in Donbass in the second half of XX ct.; the purpose is: to make the complete analysis of the departmental pre-school establishments development in Donbass, to expose the main tendencies and peculiarities of their development in the given period; the methods are: historical-comparative literature analysis, methods of the archival documents systematization, the periodization method; the novelty is: the basic tendencies and peculiarities of pre-school establishments functioning in ending of 50-s- be-ginning of 90-s in XX ct. were disclosed for the first time, the dynamics of their development was exposed; the results: the ways of the historical experience actualization in contemporary conditions are defined, the possibility for the treatment of History of Pedagogy courses; the sphere: General Pedagogy and History of Pedagogy.
