Garmash S. Pedagogical conditions of self-realization of senior student's personality in out-of-class educational work.

This thesis based on theoretical analyses of scientific researches gives the main point of the idea person's self-realization, determines criterions, indices and standards of senior student's person and the ways of their diagnose in the conditions of out-of-class educational work. Pedagogical conditions of senior student's self-realization in out-of-class educational work are scientifically substantiated and experimentally tested in this thesis, that is responsiveness of the reasons of necessity and possibility of realization of senior student's personality in the process of out-of-class educational work involving the person into the activity adequated his or her needs, including senior students into reflexion. The methods of including students into out-of-class educational measures which promote their self-realization are defined concretely. The results of the experiment prove that scientifically based pedagogical conditions have effective influence upon the process of self-realization of senior student's personality in the out-of-class educational work.
