The object of the research is the professional development of public servants; the aim is a scientificо-theoretical explanation of the implementation to the professional development of public servants self-trainings and the working of the practical recommendations of it's organization in departments of governmental institutions; methods are the analyses and synthesis, generalization, modeling, induction and deduction, questionnaires, inquiry; the novelty is in the inquiry for the first time non-stop professional development of public servants using the method of self-training in providing this process; the outcomes of the research could be used in the development of the theoretical background and in the realization of the practical outcomes connected with professional development of a staff of public servants, in the professional programs of in-service training of public servants; branch - public service.
