The purpose of research - theoretical substantiation of the enterprise, making social and economic potential, and development of the scientifically applied recommendations of its estimation at a stage of innovative-structural reorganization of economy of Ukraine. Methods of research - logic generalization, statistical groupings, financial and economic analysis, selective researches, expert estimations, method taxonomic, method of the analysis k-average, method of regress. Theoretical result - improvement of theoretical bases of formation and estimation of social and economic potential of the pharmaceutical enterprise.
