Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to a relevant problem such as finding and grounding of the organizational and pedagogical fundamentals of administering a pre-university training center of a higher educational establishment. On the basis of consideration of the genesis of the pre-university training institutions in the higher educational establishments, the pre-university training has been determined as a psychological and pedagogical problem of a personality. The conceptual statements of activity of the pre-university training center for students as a component of a higher educational establishment have been grounded and actualized.A structural and functional model of administering the pre-university training center, as well as the particularity of organization, structure and content of the educational process have been developed. In the process of research, the content of pre-university training and a three-component structure of the curricula have been founded. Modern requirements for the educationalprocess, which allow realization of a personality-oriented approach to the students of the pre-university training center, have been traversed. The factors of influence on the students' quality of knowledge have been detected.
