Object of research: processes of intraorganizational moving of the personnel of the coal enterprises of Donetsk area. The purpose of dissertation work is development of scientific - practical recommendations on improvement of regulation of movement of the personnel in a home market of work and formation of stable miner's collectives. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, methods of theoretical generalization and the system approach, interviewing and questioning; correlation and regression analysis. Theoretical results: will consist in development of theoretical and methodical bases and a substantiation of offers concerning improvement of functioning of the mechanism of regulation of movement of the personnel in the coal industry. Practical results: will consist in application of them at the factory level and maintenance of increase of efficiency of economic activities through stabilization of labour collectives. Scientific novelty: have received the further development social and economic concepts «regulation of movement of the personnel» in a home market of work; classification of the reasons of movement of the personnel is advanced; the methodical approach to revealing the reasons of fluidity of the personnel and corresponding parameters is developed; stages of the mechanism of regulation of movement of the personnel in a home market of work are concretized; for the first time the technique of formation of stable miner's collectives is developed. Degree of introduction: results of research are introduced at the enterprises of the Ministry of fuel and power of Ukraine: State enterprise «Makeevugol»; to mine «Ternopolskaya» of the State Enterprise «Shakhterskantratsit»; State enterprise «Snedznoyeantratsit», are used in educational process of Donetsk national university in teaching cources «Personnel office-work», «Proforientation work».
