Object of research : process of personally oriented teaching a foreign language in a preschool educational establishment. Subject of research: the content, forms, and methods of mastering the foreign speech by six-year-old children. The purpose of research: to substantiate theoretically, to develop and experimentally check up the effectiveness of personally oriented methods of development of six-year-old children speech work in English in a preschool educational establishment. Research methods: theoretical, empirical, statistical. Scientifical novelty: it is grounded and discovered the procedure of the developing environment creating as a form of organization of personally oriented teaching a foreign language in a preschool educational establishment; the directions of integration of a foreign language into children activities are worked out; methods and techniques of teaching six-year-old children a foreign language are defined more precisely, substantiated and systematized. Sphere of use: preschool educational establishments, the higher pedagogical establishments, system of improvement of teachers professional skills, programmes, guides.
