Essay

On the basis of the analysis of the theoretical and practical inheritance of the most known representatives of human pedagogics the sources are established and the essence human of pedagogics in the context of the world pedagogical experience are analyzed. According to the principles of historism the experience of realization of the ideas of humane pedagogics in the foreign school practice is defined, the basic principles of humane ideas of representatives of native pedagogics are systematized and the basic principles and laws of humane pedagogics are revealed. In the research-work the forms and the methods of innovation activity of the creative association "University of Development" in the field of realization of humane ideas are widely researched.
