The dissertation is dedicated to the research on the effects of derivatives of pyridinecarboxylic acids on the state of lipid peroxidation and structural-dynamic parameters of endoplasmic reticulum membranes of the liver cells under tetrachloromethane intoxication. The application of substances PV-4 and Amizon under tetrachloromethane intoxication resulted in the correction of the structural-dynamic parameters of endoplasmic reticulum membranes of the rat liver cells and the essential normalization of blood serum antioxidative properties.
