Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the pharmacological investigation of hepatoprotective action and experimental substantiation of amison (new non-steroidal anti-inflammatory preparation) usage for tretment of toxic hepatitis. The comparison with silibor, -thocoferol acetas, thiotriasolin hepatopritective acts has shown equivalently or prevalently of amison in the most of effects. The obtained results have demonstrated amison usage (both enteral and parenteral administration) perspective in toxic hepatitis treatment.
