Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of influence of sexual hormones on creation of depend-ence on Morphine, which valued both on current withdrawal syndrome, and on timing development of a tolerance to the Morphine analgetic effect. Results of this study testify that Testosterone treatment strengthens an expressiveness of the withdrawal syndrome and accelerates formation of a tolerance to Morphine analgetic effect, whereas the Testosterone receptor blockers, surgical and chemical castration have opposite effect on researched processes.
