The object of the research - teaching and edu-cational process in high educational institutions of trade and economical profile. The aim of the re-search - to make the theoretical basis and ex-perimental examination of the ped. conditions of forming the students' moral culture of high educa-tional institutions of trade and economical profile. The methods of study were: theoretical methods, empirical methods, ped. experiment; mathemati-cal statistics. Practical importance of study con-sists in development and introducing the program of the special course "Moral culture of personality" for students of high educational institutions; the methodological recommendations for teachers of high schools, promoting forming the moral culture to student youth; introducing the strategy of form-ing the moral culture of students.
