Essay

The influence of benzofurokaine non narcotic analgesia on the course of the experimental freezing of lower limb in rats was investigated. Benzofurokaine (30Mg/ kg interabdominally) was found to act positively on the basis of pathogenetic link of cold injury. It is manifested by the inhibition of inflammatory reaction, delayed formation of dry necrosis and selfamputation of impaired limb and also by marked analgesic effect that is indicated by the increasing of threshold of pain sensitivity. On the background of benzofurokaine treatment there is the decreasing of the impairments of blood circulation, distrophic, necrotic, proliferative and sclerotic processes in myocardium, liver, kidnies and adrenal glands in rats with cold injury which correlate with positive dynamic of sialic acids and peptides of average molecular mass in blood plasma of experimental animals. The mechanism of benzofurokaine protective action due to freezing is connected with the ability of preparation to suppres the processes of lipid peroxidal oxidation, to stimulate the microcirculatory processes by means of blocking the activity of tissue tromboplastin, and by the availability of untihypoxical effect.
