Essay

Object of research is process of external social policy of enterprise forming. The purpose of dissertational work is the elaborating of theoretic and methodological foundation of enterprise social politic forming. In the dissertation the special methods of empirical and theoretical research were used: the system approach sociological methods, synergetic approach, methods of mathematical statistic. Scientific value of work is in forming of complex approach to the social policy of enterprise, which take into account tendentious and peculiarities of the social-economic development process at the society. The main scientific positions of the dissertation are lead to the level of methodical elaborations that allow to use them in management of social policy of enterprise. The basic scientific results of research have been used at the following enterprises: JSC "Kharkiv jiroviy combinat" (the reference № 348 from 18.04.2003); JSC security-searching agency "Kirasa" (the statement № 186 from 15.10.2003); Subsidiary enterprise "Autotraiding-Kharkiv" (the statement № 1-24 from 08.04.2004). Scientific novelty of the received results consists in the following: for the first time the analysis of the stage of life product cycle has been conducted on the basis of universal development model, which allows to determine the period's of time for the external social policy of enterprise forming; for the first time the new criteria of the additional consumer classification characteristics determining is proposed, which is based on emotion assimilation of the product; has received the essence of the conception "social policy of enterprise", which confirm the competent using of social-ethic marketing in forming external social policy of enterprise; has received the researching methodic of customers' valuing orientation, which are determined with the help of many-measured scaling; has received the essence and maintenance of conception "quality of marketing information", which unites actuality, relevant, truth and reliability of information; has received the process of enterprise social-ethic marketing forming, which includes latent indexes, which are the basis of consumer preferences determining, concerning the product of enterprise-production.
