Educational complex of Ukraine. Purpose: to deepen the theoretical and methodological research's fundamentals of educational complex, to mean modern peculiarity of territorial organization of Ukraine's territorial organization of educational complex, to provide recommendations for its perfection. Methods: mathematical-statistical (factor and klaster analys, index, potential, theoretical-count, forecasting), historical, cartographical, comparative-geographical. Results: the theoretical generalization of fundamentals of human researches of education and new decision of problem of effective development of territorial organization of Ukraine's educational complex. The theoretical and methodological research's fundamentals of educational complex are developed. The methodology of human geographical study of educational complex study of country is developed. Terretorial organization's factors are analysed. Territorial structure's elements of educational complex are detailed. The level's development of educational complex's typology are developed. Prognosis of changes in territorial structure of educational complex of Ukraine till 2010 is done. Recommendations for the perfection of Ukraine's territorial organization are provided.
