Object of research: system of a payment of workers of the industrial enterprises. The purpose of dissertational work is development of теоретико-methodical approaches and scientific - practical recommendations on construction of strategy of formation of system of a payment at the industrial enterprise. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, the complex analysis and synthesis, formal and dialectic logic, generalization, the rather - economic analysis, the factorial and index analysis, multifactorial, корреляционно-регрессионного the analysis, interrogation. Theoretical results: consist in development of a complex of theoretical, methodical and practical recommendations by definition of strategy of formation of system of a payment at the industrial enterprise, its efficiency directed on increase. Practical results: consist that conclusions and the results received at the decision of tasks in view, are directed on maintenance of achievement of a ultimate goal of strategy of formation of system of a payment at the industrial enterprise. Scientific novelty: definition of concept « strategy of formation of system of a payment » for the first time is offered; Classification of factors which influence a choice of strategy of formation of system of a payment is developed; Classification of modern systems of a payment is advanced; Directions of perfection of system of a payment at the metallurgical and machine-building enterprises are determined; The technique of a complex estimation of a system effectiveness of a payment is developed; The system of a payment by means of maintenance of horizontal differentiation of payment is optimized; The contents of management by a payment at the enterprise is concretized.
