3.The background, content of mercury in soil, water, feeds, body of layers has been established.Biogenic migration of mercury in the system ' soil-water-feeds-body' of layers has been noted. The analysis of pectin-containing preparation influence on mercuric compounds concentration in organs and tissues of productive layers has been given.Using pectin-containing preparation made on the base of husks of grapes (95%), which contain considerable amount of ascorbic acid ( 4%) and activated charcoal ( 1%) promotes taking mercury out of the layer's body up to 45-67% at in the investigated groups as compared with that of the control ones. While using the preparation there has been noticed the tendency to increasing the following indices in the investigated poultry groups : egg-yields of the layers were increased by 3.27-9.88%; biological value of the meat was improved and protein-qualitative index of the meat showed the increase by 0.3% as compared with the same indices in the control group. The recommendations on using pectin substances from wastes of poultry production have been developed. The patent for the invention № 34330 А ' Feed additives for poultry ' has been given.
