Object - experimental wound of different genesis; methods - pharmacological, toxicological, biochemical, morphological, microbiological, mechanical and statistical; novelty - first in a theory it is grounded and expedience of application of vinboron ointment is experimentally led to, as medication with polytropic action, in medical treatment of wound of different etiology; it is set first, that regenerating action of a 2% vinboron ointment at experimental wounds is realized first of all by activating of microcirculation processes in the damaged area (due to the increase of biotransformation of reactive forms of nitrogen), the presence of antiexudation, anticytolytic and antioxidant activity, protection of protein metabolism; result – for ointment of vinboron are peculiar wound healing and anesthetic effects, prospects of use in a clinic are appraised; sphere - medicine.
