Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to study of prophylactic activity of NO-donators (L-arginin, glutargin) as itself and in combination with piracetam in circulatory-hemic hypoxia (CHH), induced by bleeding or hemic hypoxia (HH), after CO-inhalation. It was shown that NO-donators prevent the development of essential disturbances of prooxidative-antioxidative homeostasis and heavy dysfunction of mitochondrial еnzymes activity under CHH and HH states. Combination of glutargin with piracetam of animals body weight or isolated use of glutargin exhibited more efficacy, than prophylactic treatment with piracetam. Glutargin, piracetam or combination of glutargin with piracetam enhance animals resistance to the physical loading after CO-inhalation. Mechanism of positive influence of glutargin is essentially correlated with enhanced concentration of nitric-anion in internal organs homogenates.
