The scientific worklays bare the cjntent and characteristic peculiarities of forming of elementary mathematical competence at ender pre-schoolers, considers its methjds. Pedagogical conditions are determined, and being followed, they raise effectiveness of forming of elementary mathematical competence: staged development of components of elementary mathematical competence; providing differential and individual education of children; optimum unification of different methjds and practicals forms of education.
