Object of research: process of administrative activity in corporate structures. The purpose of research: elaboration of theoretical rules and scientific-practical recommendations for perfection of methods of increase of efficiency of administrative work in corporate structures. Research receptions: a dialectic method of knowledge of the validity, historical, theoretical and logic generalization, comparative, system, statistical and mathematical analysis, methods and receptions of the economic analysis: tabulated, comparative, index, graphic. The theoretical meaning of the research consists in a deepening, further development and perfection of scientific-theoretical rules of increase of efficiency of administrative work in corporate structures in conditions of market transformation of national economy. The theoretical conclusions of work are lead up to level of the concrete recommendations used in practical activity on development and introduction of arrangements on increase of efficiency of administrative work in corporate structures. The results of research have found practical application: at the enterprises of a metallurgical and mining industry of Ukraine, at the metallurgical enterprises of Russia in a part of use of the offers on perfection of systems of payment of work; is used by the employees of State institute of work and social and economic researches of the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine. The scientific novelty consists in elaboration of conceptual bases of increase of efficiency of administrative work in corporate structures in the period of formation of the market relations and means of their realization. The model of structure of management of joint-stock company provides opportunities prevention of occurrence of the conflict of interests of the tоp-managers and owners (shareholders) the offered. The methodical approach to application of uniform tariff system at hourly payment of work working, chiefs, professionals and employees is proved. It's directed on optimization of interclass ratio, personification of the rates of tariff, differentiation of surcharges for work in heavy and harmful working conditions depending on harmful influence of the factors of a working zone, and surcharges for work in night and evening changes depending on character of mode of operations, instead of qualification of the worker. Sphere of use are the industrial corporate enterprises; research establishments; higher educational institutions.
