Kravchenko V. Management of the Quality of the Workers’ Labour at Industrial Enterprises

Object of research - process of formation, management and development of the quality of the workers’ labour at industrial enterprises in modern social-economic conditions. The purpose of job - development of theoretical bases and methodical recommendations for formation and realization of a managerial system of the quality of the workers’ labour at the industrial enterprises. Methods: the theoretical generalization - for revision of the notion of the quality of labour in modern social-economic conditions; economic-mathematical methods, system and statistical analysis - for study, grouping, revealing of the dominant factors, which influence upon quality of the labour of workers, as well as for building of models of determination and management quality of the labour of workers; the system approach - for creation of a managerial system of the quality of the workers’ labour at the industrial enterprises. As a special method of research was used planning of the experiment - for construction of the model ofmaintenance the qualitative work. Theoretical result - the scientific results permit to decide a scientific - practical task of development of theoretical bases and practical recommendations on determination of motivated estimation of the quality level of the workers’ labour at the industrial enterprises. Scientific novelty - for the first time a managerial system of the quality of the workers’ labour is developed, which is adapted to modern conditions of activity of industrial enterprises and enables to define the quality level of the workers’ labour by means of elements of the production process, that allows by administrative actions to reach high and stable its level, as well as to create a positive climate in collective; optimization models and algorithm of determination of quality factor of labour under minimum expenses is developed, that provides effectively to distribute available resources at the enterprise; have received the further development: the definition of influencing factors, which raise a degree of the quality of the workers’ labour with whole spectrum of characteristics of productions; methodical approach on determination and motivation of factor of the quality level of the workers’ labour with use statistical analysis and planning of experiment is advanced, which have allowed to build models of quality management of labour of workers depending on existing social-economic conditions of labour; organization of information flows in management of quality labour of workers is advanced, that allows objectively and in good time to estimate quality of labour, and which are based on system approach in view social-psychological factors of development of production group. Sphere of application - the results are embodied in concrete techniques and offers on improvement of methods of an estimation of a level of quality of the workers’ labour at industrial enterprises.
