Zubkovskaya A. Experimental prove of the approach to choice of effective psychopharmacological drugs for the treatment of brain pathological state stability

In dissertation that the influence of leading groups of neurotropic drugs on behavioral and memorial processes in common circumstances and in circumstances of brain stable pathological state (SPS) induced by subacute insertion of sidnokarb was analyzed. The observations showed that application of sydnokarbe, that intensifies the release of catheholamines from presynaptic terminals, during two weeks causes the appearance of stereotypic behavioral forms, reducing of disturbance, increasing of aggressiveness and deterioration of realizing of conditional active-defense reaction (CADR). Usage of typical neuroleptics (aminazin and galoperidol) leads to animal behavior that could be characterized as reducing of disturbance, mobility, aggressiveness and researched activity of rats. In conditions of SPS and using neuroleptics the deterioration of memory indexes changes with CADR improvement. Accumulation of catheholamines and S-100 protein in frontal zone of neocortex and at (VM) suit such change of mnestic processes with applying galoperidol. In conditions of SPS the substances with nootropic activity force the movable stereotypy and aggressiveness, reduce the disturbance and worsen (especially for pyrasets) the researched memory indexes.
