The object is the process of in-service training of public servants as a integral part of the system of continuous training of specialists in the area of public administration; the objective is a scientific ground of the dynamic variant model of activity organization of In-service training centre for official of the state authorities and local government bodies, employees of the state enterprises and establishments in Ukraine; the method are the theory of cognition and social administration, methodology of the systematic approach; the novelty is that the scientific and theoretical ground of the activity of the Centre as an integral part of the system of continuous professional training in the area of public administration and as an open complex polyfunctional systematic object of administration is done firstly; the results of the investigation can be used in the further improvement of the system of the system of in-service training of the specialists in the area of public administration; the are is civil service.
