Object of research - managerial process by social development of the industrial enterprises. The purpose of research - a theoretical substantiation and development of methodical maintenance of managerial process by social development of the industrial enterprises. Methods of research: deductive logic; the horizontal, vertical, comparative analysis; a graphic method; economic-mathematical modelling (the theory of games). Theoretical result - improvement of theoretical bases of management by means of the industrial enterprises social development. Practical result - input of methodical development and specific proposals for an estimation of actual and normative levels of the industrial enterprise social development into the enterprises activity. Scientific novelty: for the first time it is developed methodical recommendations according to a level of social development of the industrial enterprise on the basis of set partial and integrated parameters which define sequence of action of their complex estimation an expert method;it is developed the methodical approach to a substantiation of the optimum administrative decisions directed on formation of an industrial enterprise social development financial basis with use of games matrix theory for optimization of behaviour strategy of the enterprise administration;was improved a set of the parameters describing a condition of the industrial enterprise internal social environment in the basic directions: incomes of workers; working conditions; social security; vocational training; a moral and psychological climate in collective on the basis of generalization of existing approaches to definition and estimations of a level socially developments of the subject of managing; have received the further development: concept "social development of the industrial enterprise" on the basis of the analysis and generalizations of existing approaches to definition "social development" and "the social environment" that promotes specification of theoretical bases of social development of the industrial enterprises and practical introduction into managerial process for them; the list of factors influencing a condition of the industrial enterprises internal social environment for the account of their influence on realization of the basic functions of management by social development of subjects of managing which structure includes factors of an external environment and the internal environment of realization of labour activity of workers; the maintenance of the industrial enterprises management of social development basic functions in view of their feature that allows raising a level of the personnel social security and promotes its stable development. Field of application: the industrial enterprises of Ukraine, lecture and special courses concerning management of the industrial enterprises social development.
