Shevchenko I. Hepatocorrectors in the pharmacological correction of the functional state of the immune system at the experimental toxic hepatites.

The dissertation is devoted to studying the immunomodulating action of heptral and biologically active substances with the hepatoprotecting properties of MIGU-1 against the background of the experimental toxic hepatitis. There was considered the dynamics of altering indicators of the immune status at the experimental toxic hepatitis at the immunized and non-immunized animals. Immunotoxic action of carbon tetrachloride was shown. Which resulted in a substantial inhibition of the immune response and wavelike alterations of the immune status indicators during 21 days of observations. There was made an immunopharmacological estimation of the influence of heptral and МIGU-1 on the indicators of the immune response at the course injection to the intact and immunized animals. Immunotropic effect manifests at the hepatoprotecors injections in substantial doses. Immunomodulating action of the hepatoprotectors МIGU-1 and heptral was shown in comparison with essentialae at the experimental toxic hepatitis, whichmanifested in rapid stabilization and normalization of the immune response. For the first time there was ascertained correlative connection between the dynamics of laser correlativ spectrums and alteration of the integral indicators if immunological resistance in the conditions of the experimental toxic hepatitis.
