Essay

The thesis covers the problem of optimization of surgical treatment for precancerous diseases and early stage of endometnal cancer (EC) with making the algonthm of operative way's differential choice. The comparative analysis of results of abdominal hysterectomy for EC in obese and non-obese women was made. It was established that obese women have more complications and more favourable oncologic prognosis A new algonthm of complex examination and operative way's (abdominal, laparoscopic, vaginal) differential choice in obese women with early EC was worked out. Using of this algonthm in 150 patients resulted in confirmation of I stage EC in 100% of cases, decreasing number of complications and life quality improvement in this group of women.
