Cherneta S. Organizational-pedagogical conditions of the Teenagers’ Socialization in the Informal Youth Societies.

Object of research:socialization of the teenagers in informal youth societies. Subject matter: content, forms, methods and organizational-pedagogical conditions of socialization of the teenagers in informal youth societies. Research purpose: to ground theoretically and to test experimentally the functional model of socialization of the teenagers in informal youth societies and organizational-pedagogical conditions of the realization of the content, forms and methods of socialization of the teenagers in these societies, which include: the renovation of the content of the educating activity in groups, the methodology of the organization and conducting of educating measures, which promotes the teenagers’ activity in producing their active-value attitude towards the surroundings; providing of the subject-subject and socially directed activity and cooperation of the social teachers and pupils. Methods: theoretical, empiric, diagnostic, statistical. Scientific novelty: organizational-pedagogical conditions are grounded for the first time, which promote in the effective socialization of the teenagers in informal youth societies; the functional model of socialization of the teenagers in these societies, got the subsequent the development criteria of determination of levels of the moulding of social activity of teenagers as a result of their socialization is developed and inculcated.
