Essay

The thesis is devoted to an aqueous Aspen bark extract antiinflammatory characteristics research. In the research for the first time antiexsudative, sedative, febrifuge activity of aqueous Aspen bark extract theoretically substantiated and experimentally proved. Studying aqueous Aspen bark extract antiinflammatory activity there was shown toxic effects absence on animals organs and organ systems in acute and chronic experiment. The mechanism of the extract under study antiinflammatory action is related as well to membrane-stabilizing, capillary-strengthening and antioxidative activities. For aqueous Aspen bark extract recommendation to clinical practice as aim there was studied its activity at classical models of adjuvant polyarthritis, toxic and allergic myocarditis, aseptic peritonitis. There are significant swelling and cell infiltration in inflammation site decreasing, and joints, heart, abdomen morphological structure normalization as aqueous Aspen bark extract treatment consequence. Thus the aqueous Aspen bark extract may be recommend for these diseases therapy because it decreases actively the exsudative phase of inflammatory process.
