Molchanova J. Social and Psychological Prerequisites of the Efficiency Development of the Managerial Activity in the System of Public Service

The object is the management as an intentional process of ensuring efficiency of activity and development of organisation in the system of public service. The objective is the revealing and scientifical and theoretical justification of the specialities of influence of social and psychological phenomenon and characteristics on the efficiency of realisation and development of the managerial activity in the system of public service. The methods are theoretical historical-evolutional analysis, comparative analysis, systematic analysis, synthesis, justification, diagnostical (qestion, observation), factorial analysis, semantical differential. The newness is that the maintenance of social and psichological prerequisites of the efficiency development of the managerial activity in the system of public service have been investigated. The results are that the main social and psychological criteria of the efficiency of the managerial activity in the system of public service have been scientificaly proved; theoretical and metodological backgrounds of the psychological consulting as one of the approaches of the efficiency development of the system of public service have been developed and suggested.
