Omelchenko A. Spiritual development of students' youth in regional cultural-educational space

In research are systematized and generalized ideas of philosophers, pedagogues, psychologists on nature of spirituality. Spiritual development, spiritual cultures of personality, their essence are determined. Acsiological and culturological are used as methodological approaches. The basic components of spirituality are revealed in the context of new scientific phenomenon of personality. Relevance of culture is analysed in educational space of the region, attention on description of historical-cultural image of region, technology of it's preservation in variety of traditions is accented. The organizational-pedagogical model of spiritual development of students' youth is developed in regional cultural educational space. Quality metering approach is taken for measuring of qualities of spirituality
