The dissertation is devoted to a problem of search of new vegetative origin medicines for preventive maintenance and treatment of diseases of gastrointestinal comlex, toxic hepatitis, arthrities, defeats of skin covers and mucous. On a plenty of experimental researches the study of pharmacological action of a biologically active composition “Hypoclovoil” (1 % sea-buckthorn-pink oil in the ratio 99/1) is spent. Is established, that hypoclovoil is practically not toxic substance, meets to a V class of toxycity. Its main effects are antiinflamatory, hepatoprotective, antiulcerous and stimulating of reparative processes. On a lot of parameters hypoclovoil exceeds activity of preparations of comparison.
