Кmet O. Increase of efficiency pyracetam at sharp hypoxia by application blocators glutamat receptor

The dissertation is devoted to study efecacy of joint application pyracetam and blocators glutamat receptor (memantin and аmаntadin) in conditions sharp hypoxia. Is proved, that pyracetam in a doze of 200 mg/kg more efecacy normalisatate functional activity of the central nervous system and after influence sharp hypoxia. Joint application pyracetam (200 mg/kg,) and blocators NMDA- glutamat receptor (memantin (10 mg/kg) and аmаntadin (100 mg/kg)) cause improvements neurometabolate of parameters in experements structures of a brain (сortex, hipocamp, pale sphere, nucleus caudatus) is like those changes, which arise at separate application experements of medicinal preparations. However, joint application pyracetam and memantin normalisatate prooxidative-antioxidant balance in a brain preadolescent male rats in conditions sharp hypoxia, than separate application experements of preparations and joint introduction pyracetam and аmаntadin.
